Grants.gov is the federal web portal for finding grant opportunities from any federal agency and locating application packages, as well as where DRDA submits electronic applications.

Adobe versions of forms now in use for some opportunities

   Cautions!

  • Between now and December 2008, some opportunities are using PureEdge forms and some are specifying Adobe Forms.
  • Be sure you have the latest version of the application packet for any particular opportunity.
          Note: you do not have a choice. The packet will either use Adobe [pdf] or PureEdge [xfd] forms.
  • You must use at least Adobe Reader or Professional 8.1.2 for the Adobe forms. Adobe 9 also works.
  • Note: PureEdge does not work with Vista or Leopard (the newest operating systems for Windows and Macs.)

Note: Grants.Gov files sometimes get corrupted. Make a back up every time you save the file.

  • All users: Adobe Reader 9.0 [You must purchase Adobe Acrobat Professional 9.0.]
  • Mac (intel and ppc) users: IBM Forms Viewer
