Warren Alpert Foundation Prize

The Warren Alpert Foundation Prize is awarded each year to a scientist who has made a significant discovery leading to the prevention, cure or treatment of a disease or disorder that afflicts humankind. The Warren Alpert Foundation Prize includes an award of $100,000. UM may submit one nomination. The Foundation deadline is August 16, 2005.
For consideration as the internal nominee, submit the following electronically in a single PDF format by July 15, 2005:
a letter of nomination from the department chair and
a NIH formated biosketch.
