ePAF Enhancements Announced

Based on the feedback we received by participants in using the ePAF system, the following features have been added and some changes implemented.
NOTE: The changes will be implemented Sunday evening (8/3) with the revised edition being ready to use on Monday morning.
Features Added:
1) Ability to sort pafs by:
date prepared
title
PI
owner
2) Listed on the PAF menu Owner:
the uniqname of the person to first create the PAF
the create/prepared date
the create time
3) Listed on the PAF menu Modified By:
the uniqname of the last person to modify the PAF
the last modified date
the last modified time
4) A number representing the total number of PAFs that you have access to is displayed
5) If Javascript is turned on, totals will be calculated automatically
NOTE: Do not enter dollar signs or commas or cents into the Direct/Indirect/etc boxes
6) Dollars signs and commas are displayed automatically on the PDF version of the PAF
7) Ability to add names to the signature line on Page 3
8) You can transfer a PAF to another individual by clicking the "Change Owner" button; this allows you to let someone see/edit/use a PAF without being listed on your Access List.
Changes
1) Logout button available on all screens (except for Profile)
2) You must be the owner of a PAF to be able to DELETE it
3) You must be the owner OR listed on the access list to be able to CLONE a PAF
4) When a person clones a PAF, they become the owner of the cloned PAF
5) A cloned ePAF has the title original title prefixed with the word CLONE:
6) The Prepared Date is now entered automatically by the system as the date you first saved the PAF

We will soon announce the retirement of the old, two page filemaker version so I encourage you to make the change now.
