Deadlines
The OVPR Conflict of Interest Review Committee meets monthly on the dates noted below. Statutory conflicts requiring disclosure to and approval by the Regents, will be presented to the Regents at the next earliest opportunity once the COI review process is completed. For those items requiring review by the OVPR COI Committee, please submit them to the Administrator at least one-week prior to the meeting you wish them to be reviewed at. Please be sure to include a completed disclosure form, and for sponsored projects you need to include a copy of the PAF, Statement of Work and Budget summary.
